The flagship products in the Thermo Gauge line are the rapid response, graphite tube furnaces. These unique furnaces feature back-to-back, argon-purged dual cavities. The two cavities are resistively heated simultaneously, one acting as the control cavity, the other as the source cavity. Both cavities feature emissivities in excess of 0.995. Models are used in major standards & calibration laboratories worldwide.

Touch Screen Control

Modern touch screen controls are easy to use. Digital communication with the pyrometer improves accuracy and makes recalibration simple.

The design and heating concept employed in our graphite tube furnaces is what we call "Rapid Heating". It is based on the principle of quick, direct resistance heating of a graphite heater element using high AC current.
The benefit is a virtual workhorse; a productive device that can save days in performing calibrations and verifications.

The HT-9500 is controlled by a custom programmed PLC with touch screen user interface. This allows the system to be customized with easy to use screens that improve operator efficiency and reduce training time.
